1x Whooper Swan, 1x Pink-footed Goose, 1x Redshank, 1x Stonechat (GJM, MPR)
2 Ringed Plover flew thru this, also 1 Jack Snipe, 5 Curlew, 3 Redshank and 2 Oystercatcher were present. An impressive 100+ Yellowhammer were in the field behind the spill weir plus 58 Wigeon, 7 Shoveler and 5 Pochard Belvide Blog
Doxey Marshes
A male Marsh Harrier was seen quartering the marsh between Doxey Flash and the railway line. Then headed towards Castlefields at 13.30, but no further sighting.(GHa)
